Most Orders will be shipped either by FedEx Ground,UPS, USPS Priority Mail or standard UPS Ground service. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.RETURNS
Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days to return your order. We do not charge any restocking fees for individual sales. Some conditions apply:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fee regarding returned or exchanged merchandise.
- All returns must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. We will not accept physically damaged or used products. Returns must be received by Sparkle Labs within 30 days of date of delivery. Please use the Return Form included with your order.
- No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please e-mail us at email@example.com before you return anything. It is recommended that return packages be insured. Sparkle Labs will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise.
- If you are returning a product because we made a mistake in processing your order, we will send you a pre-paid return label. In this case, you will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
- If you are returning product, we advise shipping it via UPS. You are also responsible for keeping the tracking number.
- “Days” are Business Days Monday through Friday only.
- Delivery “Transit days” DO NOT include weekends starting Friday 4pm EST.
- Orders leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after order is placed before transit days begin.

. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase as soon as it has been delivered.
A limited warranty is accompanied with each Sparkle Labs product purchased online. Warranties are valid for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify Sparkle Labs of the same during the warranty period, Sparkle Labs will, at its option, replace the product to you at no extra charge. You must have the original receipt from your purchase.
The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. The transaction will however only be put through after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. You will be informed by email if we, for any reason, are unable to complete your order.
A delivery/order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been verified.
Online purchase deliveries are available worldwide and according to three zones: USA, Canada and International. Two shipping methods are available: regular or express.
You may choose to have your online purchase delivered to either yourself or as a gift. Additional delivery addresses are added to your address list in the delivery section. Purchases may not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
